Another month has successfully flown by and we’re happy to provide our latest Construction update. September was another exciting month here at gorgeous Botanic Ridge with several milestones being reached.
Most notable was the official completion of Stage 24A and the subsequent land titles being registered. Developer’s solicitors will be liaising with your nominated representative regarding upcoming settlements.
Stage 24B now takes centre stage as construction continues ploughing along. Watermain installations have been completed and the construction of retaining walls has commenced.
Pavement of the road subgrade has also continued, so it is not long before the Banksia Release (Stage 24B) looks as stunning as the Waratah Release (Stage 24A). We’re excited to see our residents enjoying these streetscapes soon.
